En als de snelle actie dan weer gedaan is kunnen wij het resultaat dat reeds voorzien was in het Filmhuis nader gaan bekijken.
Een uitleg over de strategie bij de probleembenadering valt wel te verwachten maar wanneer is inhoudelijk niet te voorzien. Ons land immers heeft zich altijd weten te onderscheiden op het gebied van de defensieve aanwezigheid en het mag toch inmiddels als bekend verondersteld worden dat er in dit opzicht geen sprake is of is geweest van ingrijpende wijzigingen in de militaire cultuur.

Rest mij de vraag te beantwoorden wat het probleem dan wel mag zijn geweest of welicht nog steeds is. Ik hoop dit te kunnen doen nadat ik kennis heb genomen van alle vreedzame benaderingen van  een zaak die eigenlijk helemaal geen probleem hoeft te zijn vermits degene die mijn identiteit tot een probleem heeft gemaakt ophoudt met mij te bedreigen. Dat ik deze bedreigingen als in het nadeel van ons landsbelang acht valt te begrijpen indien men erkent dat de zogeheten koning waarop men zit te wachten in feitre reeds sedert meer dan 40 jaren bij en in ons land heeft gewoond, gestreden, gewerkit en heeft geleden onder het regime van een vorstin waarvan iedereen denkt dat het een lieve goedbedoelende dame is maar die voor mij en voor wel meer mensen gebleken is een wrede duivelin te zijn geweest.

En het enige motief dat mij restte en heilig is - omdat ik van het verdedigen van een verondersteld eigenbelang heb afgezien en slechts als opdracht kende en ken ons land en allen die er wonen naar best vermogen door een tijdsperiode in de geschiedenis te leiden die in een latere terugblik zal worden gekenschetst als het vertrekken uit een millennium vol conflicten en onderdrukking naar een nieuwe tijd waarin de mensen als mens hun recht krijgen en worden behandeld naar die zij zijn bedoeld: vrije leden van een  wereldomspannende gemeenschap van werkelijk vrije en verantwoordelijke medemensen die zich uitsluitend nog bezighouden met de bedoelingen die God met hen heeft en heeft gehad. Inderdaad - en dat is mijn belofte hier in dit blog gedaan - kan ik alle geleden verschrikkingen van een uitleg naar een waarom voorzien doch daarbij moet ik aantekenen dat ik mijn natuurlijke neiging iedereen die in moeilijkheden kwam vrij te pleiten van zijn eigen aandeel daarin terzijde stel. Ik heb deze gewoonte in mijnonvolkomenheid steeds gekend aangezien degene die mij tot moederlijke erkenning aanleidng is tot mij sprak met de woorden: Je suis l'immaculée conception - ik ben de onbevlekte ontvangenis - waarin tevens de oorzaak van het conflict met de bovengenoemde vorstin gegeven is welke vanuit een andesdenkende religieuze achtergrond in die zin de dingen niet vermocht te begrijpen. Het zou te kinderachtig zijn dit verschillen van inzicht te benoemen als een verschil van mening, of er mee dor te gaan de verschillen te benadrujkken en de overfeenkomsten te ontkennen. Zoals iedereen begrijpen kan wellicht mag ik wel stellen in populaire zin dat ik geen verhaal heb waarin ik persoonlijk niet betrokken ben alsof ik er niet mede een rol in heb, en de gedacte koester in de ring te werpen de handdoek: ik zit er natuurlijk tot mijn nek in.

ARGUMENT

The priestess of Apollo discovers Orestes as a suppliant in the inner shrine of the god at Delphi, and fronting him the Erinyes of his mother, a band of fearsome creatures who, wearied with the pursuit of the fugitive, have fallen on sleep. Under promise of his support, Apollo bids Orestes flee to Athens, where he shall submit his case to judgment and be released from his sufferings. The ghost of Clytaemestra rises to upbraid the sleeping Erinyes because of their neglect, whereby she is dishonoured among the other dead. Awakened by her taunts, they revile Apollo for that he has given sanctuary to a polluted man whom they rightly pursue by reason of their office—to take vengeance on all who shed kindred blood.

The scene shifts to Athens, whither his pursuers have tracked their prey. Orestes, clasping the ancient image of Pallas, implores her protection on the plea that the blood upon his hands has long since been washed away by sacred rites and that his presence has worked harm to none who have given him shelter. The Erinyes chant a hymn to bind the soul of their victim with its maddening spell. 
In answer to Orestes’ call, the goddess appears and with the consent of the Erinyes undertakes to judge the case, not by herself alone but with the assistance of a chosen number of her best citizens who are to constitute the jury.
